Upon satisfaction of due diligence, we do detailed comparative market analysis ourselves to determine the real value in the current market. We negotiate the best price and terms possible using our negotiation expertise and eliminate any emotion-driven decision.

Purchase process

Upon offer acceptance, we connect you with relevant professionals engaged from offer acceptance till settlement and liaise on your behalf. We make sure the purchase process is smooth and any issues arising from building and pest inspection reports, strata reports, pool safety certificates are considered carefully and if needed, price is further negotiated. We do pre-settlement inspections on your behalf and organise key collection after settlement.
